Truss Show - Trusses will be provided by GLCARS members and Goodell Gardens showcasing the diversity of genus Rhododendron.
ASK AN EXPERT Forum - Educational posters and brochures on Rhododendron along with GLCARS members providing expert advice on Rhododendron.

Event Costs:
The events are free to attend for those with a current American Rhododendron Society membership. Memberships and food costs can be paid at the event with cash or check. Events are limited to 300 persons.
Catered Lunch $20, Dinner $40

Covid policy:
Event organizers will follow CDC recommendations for meeting health and safety, and Goodell Gardens & Homestead policies while at the botanical garden. At the time of this announcement, Erie County CDC Community Level Risk is LOW (https://www.washtenaw.org/3108/Cases), with a recommendation that everyone get vaccinated along with getting tested if symptoms are present and conducting masking and self-quarantine in the case of a positive test. Masking is currently optional at Goodell Gardens & Homestead, thus, provided nothing changes leading up to the meeting, vaccinations and indoor masking will be recommended but not required, at the discretion of meeting attendees.
